“The Experience Far Exceeded My Expectations...”
To begin, my experience with Complete Personal Fitness has been extremely rewarding. Like many others, I went into the idea of training with apprehension as to what to expect. I worried I would not be able to perform or complete the exercises required during the workout regimen. Those fears were quickly diminished after meeting Ben, the personal trainer that helped me. I quickly realized he was there to listen to what my personal goals were, not to formulate his own. His commitment was to find optimal ways to challenge me to meet them. I appreciated the initial assessment which gave me a good idea of where I was starting and where I wanted to be; it gave me a clear way to measure my progress. The best support was that I felt no judgment from him about what my goals should be. He was able to just be present with where I was at in my own personal fitness and then formulated a plan as to how I could achieve it.
