Our Facility

We are centrally located near 120th & Center in Omaha, in Westwood Plaza.

With easy access to the Interstate and just a couple miles south of the Dodge Expressway, getting to Compete for your workout is convenient.

We operate a 4,000+ sq ft facility where we focus on quality functional movement strength based exercises. 

Using free weights, kettlebells, TRX, barbells, water rowers, treadmills - and more - you can expect to move through your workout safely under our watchful eye.

Compete offers it's clients a variety of workouts that are customized and goal specific.
